Thanksgiving pre-orders for 2026 are officially open at Sweet Treets, your Austin bakery for pies, take-and-bake rolls, cookies, and cozy holiday treats. Pull up a chair, grab a coffee, and let’s walk through the menu. (Fair warning: you will absolutely get hungry reading this.)
Our take-and-bake cinnamon rolls are served with thick cream cheese frosting.
Thanksgiving Pies in Austin: Because Dessert Is the Main Event
Let’s be honest, we all save room for pie. And Thanksgiving is like our Super Bowl. This year we’re baking four classic flavors:
Bourbon Pecan Pie – gooey, nutty, and just a little boozy (like that one uncle)
Brown Butter Apple Pie – classic apple pie, turned up a notch with toasty brown butter and a crumb top
Caramel Pumpkin Pie – everything you love about pumpkin, with a swirl of caramel throughout
Lemon Meringue Pie – sunny, tart, and crowned with toasted meringue clouds, ideal after a big meal

Take-and-Bake: The Bakery Scent at Your House
Here’s the secret to the coziest Thanksgiving ever: take-and-bake. We do the mixing, rolling, and shaping. You get to pull a pan of warm, golden goodness out of your own oven and take all the credit.
Yeast Dinner Rolls – soft and pillowy, with a side of savory rosemary butter
Cinnamon Rolls – picture Thanksgiving morning, the house still quiet, and that unbeatable cinnamon smell drifting down the hall. A container of our cream cheese frosting is included, so you can frost them as generously as you’d like.

Festive Cookie Platters for Snacking, Sharing & Sneaking
We know that cookies are the unofficial dessert before the dessert. Our festive platters come in orders of 12, 24, or 36 and you can request all chocolate chip or a mix of all three flavors.
Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies – the perfect mix of crispy and chewy, we use the fancy chcoolate and finish with a sprinkle of salt
Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies – cinnamon-sugar and pumpkin cozy; anything but basic
Butter Pecan Cookies – basically toasted pecans held together with butter
Gluten-Friendly Zucchini Bread
Our Gluten-Friendly Zucchini Bread Loaf is flavorful with a tender crumb, and made for guests who prefer to skip the gluten. Y’all keep asking for this at the bakery, too! Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or a quiet moment with a cup of tea after the dishes are done.
A quick note: it’s gluten-friendly, but made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and other common allergens. If you have a severe allergy or celiac disease, please call us at (512) 892-2233 before ordering. We’re happy to talk it through.
How to Pre-Order Thanksgiving Desserts
Browse and order online here. You’ll pay at checkout, and there’s no minimum order. Get as many baked goods as your heart desires.
Pre-orders close at midnight on Saturday, 11/21. We’ll have some extra items available in the bakery to pick up, but the best way to guarantee your items is to order ahead.
Need to change something? Give us a call at (512) 892-2233 by 11/21 and we’ll help.
Pick up on Wednesday, 11/25. Swing by between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Don’t forget to try out our new coffee menu when you visit for pick up!
