A Sweet New Chapter: Pop-Up Collab with Hardware Pastries
We’re kicking off a delicious new chapter at Sweet Treets Bakery — and we’re doing it with incredible flavor.
To celebrate the new ownership of the bakery, we’re thrilled to announce our first-ever collaborative pop-up with Jules Stoddart of Hardware Pastries. Jules is one of Austin’s most beloved pastry talents, known for her nostalgic Southern flavors and playful approach to baking. Before heading to Maine for her next adventure, she’s teaming up with us for one final Texas sendoff.
Details:
Dates: Friday June 20 to Saturday June 21
Location: Sweet Treets Bakery, 6705 US-290 Ste 601, Austin, TX
Time: 9 AM–6 PM | While supplies last!
What’s on the Menu?
This exclusive menu blends Hardware Pastries’ signature nostalgia with Sweet Treets' technical precision:
Preorders are open now and can be picked up during the pop-up. We’ll also have a selection of Sweet Treets favorites in the case — including lemon cookies, cupcakes, and more.
Why This Collab Matters
This isn’t just about dessert (although there will be plenty of that). This event marks the beginning of a new season for Sweet Treets Bakery. Under the ownership of Anna Neave (née Tauzin), we’re continuing the 15-year tradition of beautiful, artful bakes — and adding more creativity, community, and collaborations into the mix.
Starting this summer, we’ll be partnering with some of our favorite pastry chefs, flavor makers, and food creatives to bring you a rotating series of pop-ups, limited-time menus, and edible experiences that go beyond the expected.
“There’s something special about coming full circle and sharing sweets with the city that helped shape who I am as a pastry cook and chef,” says Jules Stoddart, founder of Hardware Pastries. “This collaboration with Sweet Treets feels like the perfect send off. I've created a few nostalgic desserts with a twist; treats that feel familiar, but spark something new.”
We couldn’t agree more!
Come celebrate with us, stock up on sweets, and help us give Jules a proper Austin farewell.
